As with my dance practice, my curatorial practice stems from the desire of communicating with the body. I focus on exchanges between people in which the body is the primary tool for communication, thus curating bodily-centered encounters. I am also committed to create spaces for unrepresented groups’ voices and stories, primarily from LGBTQ+ and POC communities. I recognize everyone has a different relationship with their own bodies, impacted by personal narrative, lineage, and culture; and I welcome all these perspectives into a space where we can exchange these stories through embodiment and improvisation.
Currently, I work as a Berlin Curator for Shared_Studios, an organization that sets up immersive audio-visual spaces -called Portals- around the world for a variety of encounters.
